Weihnachtsmarkt (Loving Aachen XXV)

The Christmasmarkets seem to be typical german – something I didn’t think about until I studied a few month in England. So here you see how the Weihnachtsmarkt in Aachen looks like. And I can tell you: It is far more beautiful when it’s dark. Otherwise it looks like that:

So incredibly beautiful! We haven’t had snow here yet at all, it’s raining right now even, and as much as I loathe driving in snow and how my pants get all soggy at the bottom when I walk in it, I love how it looks and am starting to really miss it.

  2. Wonderful pictures! Thanks for sharing, and don’t let the tourists get you down. Look at it this way: Be thankful that you live in a city where people want to go; it indicates how fortunate you are to be able to call it home.

    Happy Holidays!

Also keine Eifersucht 😉

  4. Belissimo!!!
    Super…
